Macross Frontier The Movies Korean Blu-ray box

Preorders for the Macross Frontier The Movies Korean Blu-ray box will open on February 26, will full slip edition A, full slip edition B and lenticular edition. Release date : April 24.

Back in July 2025, it was said that Anime Limited would release it in the US, UK and France, with the TV series. Macross Delta TV series and movies were also announced. No word since then.

Macross Global updates

Sorry for the lack of content, but as you can guess it depends on current events and there's not that much news about the Macross franchise, especially outside Japan.

February 2026 is ending and still no word about :

• The streaming on Disney+ outside Asia and English territories; reminder that we're nearly 2 years after the worldwide streaming announcement, with content remaining only available in more or less 20 countries when Disney+ is actiive in more than 100;
• Anime Limited English and French Blu-ray releases of Macross Frontier and Macross Delta that were announced in July 2025.
• The next Macross project by Sunrise.

It also looks like that Macross Plus movie screenings that were scheduled for early 2026 in Mexico (following screenings in Latin America last November) were quietly cancelled by the distributor. Since they supposedly cleared everything about it on their social medias, I was unable to double check.
